The collection includes seven tracks put together for Myssi Robinson to use as grounding sound states in dance class and life contexts.
These tracks were improvised by Cal using flute, effect pedals, kinesthetic instruments, drum machines, and guitar.

These seven tracks were recorded/engineered by Christian Billard and Rafi Carleton in Port Washington NY in June 2019.

Silo Reign and Open Arms for You were recorded for potential use by Kyle Marshal Choreography in Crown Heights Brooklyn February 2019.

Chimetrack is from the Archive of the project Place Accumulation: Kingston/Ulster and recorded in Kingston NY April 2019.
